The Southern California Venture Network (http://scvn.org) today announced plans to open a new chapter in San Diego.  SCVN is an venture development organization comprised of executive level professionals, startup companies and entrepreneurs.  SCVN increases entrepreneurial velocity by hosting open networking events, executive educational events, invitation only events and Deal Maker lunches.  

The organization will kick-off its San Diego chapter by holding an open networking event in a casual, yet professional, format at Karl Strauss in Sorrento Valley.

When:       May 13th (and every 2nd Wed of the month thereafter)
