DocuClass Announces the Availability of DocuClass 4.0

March 26, 2009 - PRLog -- Cima Software, a major provider of scalable and process oriented Document Management software solutions, today announced the availability of DocuClass version 4.0, which extends its flagship product with major functionality enhancements.

Version 4.0 includes such new features as an embedded editor for PDF and TIFF documents, enhanced workflow capabilities, powerful new search capabilities including PDF searches, customizable menus, a dynamic clipboard, new email capabilities, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) enhancements, extended COLD/ERM functionality and Bates stamping.  Bates stamping is primarily used in legal, medical or business fields to place identifying numbers, copyrights, date and time marks, or page numbers on images and documents.  COLD/ERM is primarily used to store, retrieve and print the information that is used on forms, such as the values printed on tax notices or the items listed on a bill of materials.
