Workshop for Business Leaders Who Refuse To Participate in the Downturn

The purpose of this 1-hour  workshop is to facilitate an idea exchange for immediate survival actions that companies should take while simultaneously improving their position for the upturn that will occur later.  The agenda includes a brief background that sets the stage for a facilitated process for touching all the bases necessary to protect and optimize a business during challenging economic times.

The  workshop can be delivered on-site for an individual company or during an event sponsored by a professional association. The workshop is free for professional associations who may want to charge attendees a nominal fund raising fee that also covers materials and refreshments. The fee for on-site company workshops is $150 plus travel costs.

"This sort of collaborative activity is essential", said Bernardi. " Current leadership teams are not very experienced with a lengthy economic contraction.  We haven't had to deal with one since before 1980."
