Premier Beachfront Community and Marina Launches Website

Punta Bocana, a luxury beachfront community and marina located in Playa Herradura, Costa Rica, has officially gone online with their new website. Visitors to www.puntabocana.com will find updated photos of construction progress, the latest renderings and access to the upscale community's master plan.

The new site showcases the overall project and its developers. “An important aspect for our clients is that our site will highlight construction progress over the next twelve months,” said Thomas Walker, Sales and Marketing director for Punta Bocana. “People can check our site every two weeks for construction updates and the latest photos,” he continued.

Additionally, the website includes the first public release of the marina plan. On the new site, “Residents and visitors will have an up-close view of Costa Rica's first inland marina,” stated Roberto Acosta, Developer and Owner of Punta Bocana. With an inland design, he continued, the entire marina can be surrounded with commercial space and condominiums.

Another feature of the website includes details of developer Roberto Acosta's considerable achievements in the fields of construction and engineering.

All of this is happening in spite of the worldwide financial downturn. Because Punta Bocana's developers are able to self-finance the project, the credit crunch has not impeded progress. “Our company's solvency offers a tremendous boost to our clients' peace of mind,” said Acosta.

Punta Bocana is a master-planned resort community overlooking Herradura Bay and the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica's central Pacific coast.
