This free workshop will take place on Thursday 29 January, overseen by Staines store's qualified Life Therapist. For those ready and willing to make a change, the session offers a chance to begin losing weight in a healthy way.

The preview will teach participants cleansing and detox methods, as well as basic steps in overcoming addictions and cravings. Find out how to kick start your metabolism, and discover new eating habits to help you feel great.

Featuring a variety of Weight Loss Packages to suit the individual, the hour-long preview kicks off at 5.30pm after an introductory welcome at 5.15pm. An alternative session on Thursday 12 February follows the same time structure, while an early afternoon date begins with a 2pm welcome on Wednesday 4 February.

All of the above sessions take place at our flagship Staines store, located on Kingston Road. Since its recent refit in October, the store has delighted Keep Able customers with generous discounts, prize draws and December's luxury Pamper Evening.
