Keep Able and Feel Good at New Staines Store
An exciting new era of Keep Able begins with the launch of the completely refurbished and refitted Staines store this week.
By: KeepAble Limited
Keep Able, the UK's leading mobility retailer, has been making customers' lives easier for over 20 years, and now the unique services offered at Staines aim to take the customer experience to the next level. Choose from a range of mobility, health and well-being products available within the seven specialist areas instore, comprising of Bathing & Personal Care, Bariatrics, Foot Care, Furniture, Mobility, Posture Products and Well-Being.
In addition, customers can be advised and treated by professional practitioners in a unique concept that is likely to be extended to other Keep Able stores next year. Three in-store clinics have been built and equipped to the highest standard with a view to offering customers comprehensive treatment and consultancy in specific areas of care. The Back Care Clinic and the Foot Care Clinic offer services courtesy of chiropractors and chiropodists, respectively. The Open Clinic provides general healthcare ranging from nutritional advice to manicures. This innovative retail approach offers customers a diverse range of health and well-being services.
To mark this historical step in Keep Able's evolution, the Staines store is offering customers the chance to try its new services for free. For the launch week, commencing Monday 6 October, we are inviting you to enjoy the benefits of free health and therapy checks, including acupuncture and sessions with chiropractors and chiropodists. Meanwhile, a wide range of products are being offered at discounted prices with up to 30% off. If that wasn't enough reason to come celebrate with us, enter our prize draw and you could be the lucky winner of £1,000 worth of First Choice holiday vouchers.
As part of Mobilis Healthcare, Britain’s leading provider of medical and sports healthcare supplies and services, Keep Able's new approach to customer care will enable an even happier, healthier lifestyle. With a reputation already for notably high customer interaction time, the Staines store will now be drawing upon in-house experts to staff the in-store clinics, while recruited local practitioners will be available for appointments on various days of the week. The in-store clinics have been equipped in much the same way as their equivalent healthcare practices, with treadmills, plinths, patient chairs and other furniture; there is also in-store hoisting equipment for use by disabled customers.
The changes have been made with one primary aim: increasing customer satisfaction. "We have developed a new store concept, which has seen the installation of three purpose-built clinics," says Keep Able's Business Development Manager, Andrea Piper. “In addition, our research indicated a demand for other products and we have therefore enhanced the overall retail offering. The most requested services were foot care, back care, massage and general pampering.
"Once we have proven the concept, we shall extend it to other Keep Able stores. Nothing quite like it has ever been done on this scale before and we are certain that our customers will like it, because they requested it."
