Cooking Seminar Scheduled to Support San Diegans’ Health Resolutions in New Year

Certified health and fitness professional to host Healthy Cooking and Meals Seminar to teach the steps and ingredients necessary to plan and cook healthy meals.
 
Dec. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO – Indigo Energy and Fitness will host a Healthy Cooking and Meals Seminar on Saturday, January 10, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Oceanside to teach the steps and ingredients necessary to plan and cook healthy meals. Kelly Jean Dammeyer, founder of Indigo Energy and Fitness (http://www.IndigoEnergyandFitness.com) and a certified health and fitness professional, will prepare nutritious meals and snacks while explaining the preparation process for wholesome foods, simple ways to plan weekly or monthly menus for families with demanding schedules, and tips on doing a kitchen makeover to fully support a more healthy approach to eating.
