BRAVO! Cucina Italiana Debuts in Orlando

Dec. 14, 2008 - PRLog -- COLUMBUS, Ohio -- BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, a BRAVO! Development Incorporated concept, will open its first Florida location in Orlando on December 15, 2008.

Located at 7924 Via Dellagio Way adjacent to The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips, the “polished casual” eatery is positioned between fine-dining and casual restaurant venues, with a menu that emphasizes fresh, made-to-order items prepared using authentic Italian cooking techniques.  All cooking is done exhibition style in full view of guests to add to the ambience of the Roman ruin décor-inspired setting.

“We’re thrilled to debut our first Florida BRAVO! in Orlando and introduce an appealing addition to the area’s vibrant dining scene,” says Karen Brennan, Chief Marketing Officer.  “With an ideal location, a selection of items for diverse tastes and a neighborhood-friendly setting, we’re confident that BRAVO! will quickly become a favorite dining destination in the community.”

The 7,482 square-foot restaurant includes indoor seating for 233, a private dining room that can accommodate up to 44 and an outdoor terrace that seats 122. BRAVO! also offers the convenience of curbside carryout services and Wednesday Martini Nights.

BRAVO! offers lunch and dinner. The average price per person is $13.00 for lunch and $21.00 for dinner. Menu items include: Artichoke & Spinach Formaggio, Wood-Grilled Salmon Salad, Romano-Crusted Chicken Salad, Petite Filets & Jumbo Shrimp, Mama’s Lasagna Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan Milanese, Pasta BRAVO!, Shrimp Fra Diavolo, Wood-Fired Chicken Marsala, Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli, Penne Mediterranean, Tiramisu and BRAVO!’s Famous Cheesecake. In addition, BRAVO! offers an award winning Children’s Menu offering traditional favorites as well as healthier, more well-balanced options from which to choose. BRAVO! will be open seven days a week; Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.- 11 p.m.

Reservations and call-ahead seating are now available.

General Manager Jim Russo and Executive Chef Eric Carter will head the management team for the new location.

BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant offering classic Italian food amongst the shadows of Roman ruins. The subtitle “Cucina Italiana” means Italian kitchen, in which all cooking is done in full view of the guest, creating the energy of a live theater. BRAVO’s popular entrees include wood-grilled steaks, chops, and made-to-order pastas and house specialties, similar to an authentic ‘ristorante’ in Italy.
