Maria Beall, Mrs. Chesterfield International, reaches thousands on how to prevent heart disease

Nov. 3, 2008 - PRLog -- Maria Beall, a renowned fitness expert in her field, is finding a way to reach thousands, if not millions by competing in the upcoming Mrs. Virginia International pageant.  The Virginia International pageant's main cause is helping women prevent heart disease, the number one killer of Americans.
Maria lost 12 sizes over 20 years ago.  Soon after, she became a fitness professional, not only working for some of the largest companies in Virginia but also starting her own business, Fitness With Maria.  She also earned her degree in Exercise Science, while raising 3 sons and graduated at the top of her class.  Maria believes that we can eradicate heart disease, as it is a lifestyle disease.  With the implementation of her program, E.A.S.Y.-Exercising Adults (or adolescents) Stay Young, people can lower their body age to actually be younger than their chronological age.
