PRLog -- Kena S. Hollingsworth is the founding partner and owner of Hollingsworth, Cassman & Zivitz, PC, a Indiana law practice devoted to servicing all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, property division, paternity, adoption, domestic partnership agreements and restraining orders. Kena has been in this capacity since 2004 and is depended on to oversee all of the firm’s operations. Additionally, Kena represents clients in all types of family law issues and is a dedicated member of the Boone County, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, Indiana and American bar associations. She is a member of the executive committee of the family law section of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is currently serving on the Indianapolis Bar Association's task force to create a family law resource manual for family law practitioners. Kena serves on the American Bar Association advisory panel and has a BV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She graduated with honors from the University of Southern Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish with a concentration and certification in international business. She received her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis and is an esteemed member of their alumni association. Kena is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, volunteers for Ask a Lawyer and Legal Lines in Indianapolis, and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for Kids Voice. In her spare time, she loves playing tennis, golfing and boxing.
