In the book,  Pshht Cola and McBigBite build an imaginary and Americanized version of Venice, which is "bigger and better", after the Italian Government passed a law to limit the number of tourists to this unique and beautiful city, to protect it from pollution and destruction. In this artificial Venice, gondolas sail on rails placed beneath the shallow canals, museums have the exact replicas of the paintings in their real counterparts in Venice, a "Fake Films Festival" takes place every year to choose the "worst films of the year", congresses, dog shows,  spies and  thief stories add an additional color to this fantastic, humorous masterpiece.
