Oct. 21, 2008 - PRLog -- ENABLE project has as purpose to develop a wearable system that will facilitate support services to “enable” vulnerable and elderly people to continue to live independently. It has started January 2007 and it is expected to be completed June 2010. It has been progressing well and focus is now given on the implementation of the first prototype. Already some public outcomes have been produced, like the project leaflet as well as the first two issues of the project newsletter that contain some useful information for organizations and individuals that are involved with ICT services to elderly people. The project leaflet exists also in an accessible word format.
