PRLog -- Kim Garzon is the director of the pro-Montreal and young leadership programs for Federation CJA, the central funding, planning and coordinating body of services for the nearly 93,000 Jews in Montreal. Kim has been with FCJA since 2002 and assumed her current role in 2006. She is depended on to manage a team of seven, supervise various campaigns, assure quality service, raise funds, develop strategic partnerships and improve public relations. She has been quite successful in these tasks and is well known and widely admired for her proficiency and professionalism. Kim attributes her achievement to being determined and maintaining focus on her goals. These qualities have made an equally significant impact on her personal undertakings. Kim completed her graduate studies in psychology and earned a certificate in criminology. She is active within the Jewish community and took part in the ground-breaking project and subsequent ceremony which supplied a new park for children in Israel. Kim is a full time mom who enjoys spending time with her two boys, aged seven and eight. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, reading and family activities.
