Peat Moss Association Files Complaint Against Organix Over Use of “Repeat” Mark

Nov. 2, 2007 - PRLog -- WALLA WALLA, WA - Organix, Inc announced today that the Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss Association, Premier Horticulture, Inc. and Sun Gro Horticulture Distribution have filed a complaint against the Company for the use of its "RePeat" brand soil amendment. The product, developed as a renewable replacement for peat moss, is manufactured by recycling anaerobically digested dairy manure from renewable energy biogas plants.

Organix intends to defend its right to use the RePeat brand.
