WASHINGTON - March 7, 2026 - PRLog -- At this event local hair salons and makeup artists will contribute their time and expertise while local businesses will provide donations to support this wonderful event. All our partners, sponsors, community, and alike are invited as a way to thank everyone for their support in our 13 years of service.
Admission is FREE . Exclusive to mothers under the age of 25. All qualifying registered moms who attend our workshop will receive a stipend!

Partner Spotlight: LaWanda White is the President of The i-PR Agency and serves as a communications strategist for C-suite executives as well as an advocate for early childhood education. As a mother and business owner in Washington, D.C., she uses both her professional expertise and lived experience to support families navigating opportunity and growth. Through her advocacy with ReadyNation and programs like Educare, she helps elevate the role of early childhood education in strengthening communities. LaWanda is also the Founder of A Gazillion Dresses Project, an initiative that celebrates the power of personal stories to inspire confidence and possibility for young women.

During our signature Makeover Workshop, mothers receive professional beauty services while also participating in guided sessions focused on:

• Exploring career and entreprenurship opportunities
• Understanding the basics of starting a business
• Learning how to create a simple, actionable plan for their future
