| ![]() Retailer steps into Black Friday for the first time as renovation budgets come under strainDoors 2 Floors has launched its first-ever Black Friday sale as households across the region face mounting pressure on their renovation budgets.
By: Doors2Floors The retailer is offering 10 percent off orders above £1,000 and 5 per cent off purchases over £750, with management describing the promotions as a "targeted response" to the growing affordability gap in home upgrades. Doors 2 Floors Managing Director, Ismaeel Basar said: "We've seen a noticeable rise in customers delaying or scaling back renovation plans because prices have climbed so much. Stepping into Black Friday for the first time is our way of easing some of that pressure without compromising on quality." Industry-wide inflation has pushed up the cost of timber, joinery products and installation work, prompting many homeowners to opt for smaller, phased refurbishment projects instead of full-scale renovations. At the same time, high mortgage rates and a subdued housing market have led more households to improve their existing properties rather than move. Doors 2 Floors reports that internal doors and engineered flooring remain its strongest-performing categories heading into winter, driven by a mix of domestic DIY customers and small building firms preparing for seasonal work. The Black Friday deals will run for a limited period, from Friday the 28th of November to Monday the 1st of December with shoppers encouraged to place orders early to secure stock during what is expected to be a busy trading weekend. More information on the offers is available on the company's website. a href="http://www.doors2floors.co.uk" End
