2. Visit our Sample Collection Location — conveniently located in or near a veterinary hospital and currently serving the East Bay Area. Bring your pet to our dedicated PALS site, where appointments typically take 10–15 minutes for lab work and a bit longer for diagnostic ultrasounds.
3. Get Results: Get Results: Your pet's test results are delivered electronically for easy access and sharing. You can forward them to your regular veterinarian or a telemedicine provider as needed.
