The SCP Program complements ValueCoders' existing direct sales model by creating a new partnership channel. Instead of pursuing one client at a time, the company now collaborates with organizations that already maintain strong client relationships, such as Big Four consulting firms, Salesforce/ServiceNow/AWS partners, software development agencies, and CPA or advisory firms adding IT services.

Through this partnership model, businesses can leverage ValueCoders' engineering teams as a trusted delivery arm to meet growing project demands while reducing operational costs. The program offers dedicated offshore development pods, white-label support, bench coverage, and rapid scalability under clearly defined non-poach and confidentiality agreements.

To qualify as an SCP partner, companies must employ 50 or more professionals and demonstrate at least $120K in annual partnership potential. They must sign standard partner agreements, maintain white-label or CV-only projects below 15% of engagement, and convert these to dedicated pods within 45 Days. Direct competitors in outsourcing may engage solely for bench absorption purposes.
