Visions Museum of Textile Art presents Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Costume Lecture at Mesa CollegeBy: Visions Museum of Textile Art The free event will take place on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at San Diego Mesa College, coinciding with Star Wars Life Day, a Wookiee holiday celebration. Attendees will hear directly from the costume designer and project manager responsible for creating the immersive wardrobe featured at Disneyland Park. Following the lecture, a curated selection of costumes will be available for viewing up close. "We are thrilled to welcome Disney's Live Entertainment team to share their creative process with our community," said Katrina Bruins, Executive Director of Visions Museum of Textile Art. "The costumes of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge are not only visually stunning, but they also embody thoughtfully- The event is free and limited to 200 participants.
