KOBE, Japan - Sept. 11, 2025 - PRLog -- NINZIA Inc. (Headquartered in Chuo-ku, Kobe; Masahiro Yoritama, CEO & CRO), a company providing konjac-derived functional ingredients and proprietary texture engineering technology, has raised a total of JPY 100 million in its Pre-Series A round in August 2025.

This round was led by Future Food Fund II, a CVC fund specializing in food innovation operated by Future Food Fund Inc. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Kohei Matsumoto, CEO). New investors include Leave a Nest Capital Co., Ltd. and Saishunkan Co-Creation LaboratoryCo., Ltd.. In addition, the company received a follow-on investment from its existing investor, the Ritsumeikan Social Impact Fund.

With this new round of funding, NINZIA will accelerate the scientific and nutritional testing of unique konjac ingredients, further develop its material property control technology from an engineering perspective, and establish a mass production system. Furthermore, the company will begin the full-scale rollout of its products and technologies into North America and the ASEAN markets, beginning with Singapore.
