NINZIA Conducted Survey on Disaster Preparedness Food on Japan's Disaster Prevention Day

KOBE, Japan - Sept. 18, 2025 - PRLog -- "NINZIA Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Kobe; CEO: Masahiro Yoritama), , a texture-engineering startup creating new forms of food, conducted a "Survey on Emergency (Stockpiled) Food" on September 1, 2025, Japan's Disaster Prevention Day, targeting 300 office workers and civil servants nationwide.

The results revealed prevalent negative perceptions of emergency food, with respondents citing "difficulty managing expiration dates" (53%) and "it doesn't taste good" (48.67%). Furthermore, the survey highlighted that emergency stockpiling is not functioning effectively in many workplaces. A combined total of nearly 75% of respondents reported either "not knowing" the storage location (39.67%) or that their workplace "does not stockpile" at all (35%).

"NINZIA BOSAI" aims to solve these issues and achieve sustainable disaster preparedness stockpiling through three core concepts: "Visible," "Delicious," and "Plant-Based."
