The AI spots subtle warning signs like changes in tone or reduced engagement weeks or months before traditional feedback methods would catch them. The XM Institute estimates that $3.8 trillion in revenue is at risk this year due to companies missing early warning signs of client dissatisfaction. Traditional methods like quarterly surveys often reveal problems only after relationships have soured beyond repair. "If a high-value client has started disengaging or dropping subtle signals of frustration, you can't afford to wait for a quarterly NPS score to find out," said Zach Gunderson, Xylo AI's CEO and co-founder. The platform integrates with common business tools including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Companies can choose to host the system themselves or use Xylo's servers, flexibility that addresses data governance concerns. Xylo AI has signed up several clients already, including 66degrees, a 700-employee IT managed service provider, Folsom Wealth Advisors, and the HR Policy Association. The company reports these early deployments have identified over $500,000 in potential savings and expansion opportunities. Fortune Business Insights projects the global customer experience management market will reach $68 billion by 2030, with real-time sentiment analytics among the fastest-growing segments. Xylo AI is targeting high-touch B2B service providers such as professional services, legal services, HR consulting, financial services, manufacturing, and IT managed services. "Xylo AI gives teams a real-time, 360-degree view of client health without forcing customers to fill out a single survey," said David Barta, co-founder and COO. The system analyzes communications in real time without storing actual message content, addressing privacy concerns while providing early warning signals for account teams. About Xylo AI Founded in Minneapolis, Xylo AI develops communication intelligence platforms for B2B service providers.
