Eddy Herrera in Concert at Lehman Center for the Performing Arts

BRONX, N.Y. - Aug. 6, 2025 - PRLog -- Lehman Center for the Performing Arts in celebration of its 45th Anniversary is proud to present the incredible merenguero, EDDY HERRERA, on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 8:00 pm. After a sold-out performance of his show "Agradecido'' El Concierto at Lehman Center, Eddy Herrera will perform his biggest hits accompanied by a merengue orchestra and dancers.

Lehman Center for the Performing Arts is on the campus of Lehman College/CUNY at 250 Bedford Park Boulevard West, Bronx, NY 10468. EDDY HERRERA, has had numerous successful international presentations, and a full-house performance at the Gran Teatro del Cibao in the Dominican Republic, merenguero Eddy Herrera announces his show "Una Noche Con Eddy Herrera" exclusively at Lehman Center! Known as "El Gigante del Merengue", Herrera was born in the Dominican Republic, and is considered one of the most successful merengue artists in Latin America. He attained his first international success with "El Jardinero", a track released three months after joining Wilfrido Vargas's musical group. After staying in the group from 1984 to 1990, Eddy was launched as a solo artist under the label MP Records, where he released his second album "Mi More". Herrera has been nominated several times for the Latin Grammys, Premio Lo Nuestro, and Billboard Awards. In May 2020, he won his first LATIN GRAMMY for "Best Merengue/Bachata Album" for his album titled "Ahora". This year, Eddy has released his single "Quiero Más" with arrangements by Edwin García, and in April, will drop his album titled "Agradecido".
