From 2:00pm thru 4:00pm PST this coming Saturday, June 7th, AUDITIONS for a role in this Reading are being held by Walker at BFA 3540 N. Mission Rd., Los Angeles, California 90031 USA. Submissions to receive an AUDITION invitation are available via CastingNetworks.com or Contact us to request an AUDITION slot. In addition to needing any age/ethnicity performer to read Stage Directions, principal roles being casted are: Otis Franklin ~ 35-year-old who looks older is a proud, stern religious man, not educated, but he does read and write. Edna Franklin ~ 32-year-old who looks older is an illiterate, quiet, religious woman. Maggie Franklin ~ 15-year-old is academically gifted, feisty and defiant. Annie Mae Franklin ~ 12-year-old, quiet and studious, she doesn't have the boldness of her older sister. Miss Connie Noble ~ 25-year-old is a well spoken, highly educated schoolteacher from the North who is outspoken. Adam Sato ~ 14-year-old Japanese American is bright and articulate, but confused and frightened.
