During this time, Meredith has mentored two distinct laboratories: At the Hudson County Sheriff's Office, Meredith played a crucial role in establishing a DNA testing lab from the ground up. She celebrated their successes with humility and pride, always championing the values of accreditation, leadership, and excellence that are important to ASCLD. Meredith's positive representation of ASCLD and her dedication to these initiatives have made a lasting impact on the forensic science community.
