Patrick Aloni and Hax Global Resources Announce $180M Joint Venture for Mining & Infrastructure Through ICA Group

BUKIT TIMAH, Singapore - May 23, 2025 - PRLog -- In a landmark partnership, Patrick Aloni, chairman of the ICA Group of Companies, has signed a $180 million joint venture agreement with Hax Global Resources, a multinational infrastructure conglomerate operating in over 40 countries.

The joint venture launched under the name ICA Hax Holdings—will develop mining and logistics infrastructure across East Africa and Central Asia, focusing on sustainable mineral extraction, export corridors, and next-generation logistics powered by AI platforms.
