The consultancy has been working with Sage 200 for over thirty years, SAP Business One for over ten years, and added Sage Intacct to its portfolio three years ago. It therefore needed a flexible and reliable integration solution that could work equally well with its full range of ERP systems. As a result, BPA Platform has now become Thinc's main integration tool for the majority of its customers, providing a central hub for many projects, especially the integration between eCommerce and service systems, such as HaloPSA, with the various ERPs. "Having BPA Platform in our arsenal is great because we can explain to a customer that we have a tool that will enable us to integrate their systems and automate their business processes. It'll take information from one and push it to the other. Simple as that," explained Chris Haddock, Head of Development and SI Practice, Thinc. "What we have learnt is that when we talk about building something that is bespoke, some customers get turned off by that and would prefer something off the shelf. With BPA Platform they don't see it as being a bespoke system, they see it as a tool. It is therefore giving us the advantage of not having to sell the concept of a bespoke system." "We wanted something that we can provide as a complete holistic service to our customers, whether it be to an ERP system or just joining two other systems together. This is why we believe BPA Platform (https://www.codelessplatforms.com/ "The plan going forward is to push it as our main integration tool. We know our customers well, certainly when it comes to their ERP system, but we are trying to gain a bit of knowledge on what other non-ERP systems the customer has, and then, using BPA Platform, join all these systems together. Ultimately, this will help the customer, by making their systems more robust, making them more accurate, and reducing the intensive labour element that they currently have to put into their systems." "We're working on a project at the moment whereby we are taking information out of HubSpot and pushing that into HaloPSA. That data is then pushed from HaloPSA into Sage Intacct. BPA Platform has provided us with that three-way integration." End
