• Jim O'Donnell: A sought-after business consultant, Jim specializes in leadership coaching, project management, and corporate strategy. His experience includes senior-level roles in sales, marketing, and project management with Procter & Gamble (Duracell), Spectrum Brands (SPB), and Tempur-Sealy (TPX), as well as consulting work with private equity-managed firms. Jim earned a BS and MBA from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
• Laura McGill: Laura is an accomplished executive coach known for her ability to blend corporate leadership experience with life coaching expertise. Her business experience includes senior-level roles in sales, sales management, business development, and customer marketing at Duracell, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
