GreenPointe Developers announce Amberly in Clay County

MIDDLEBURG, Fla. - Jan. 28, 2025 - PRLog -- A new community is coming soon to Clay County. GreenPointe Developers has purchased approximately 270 acres along County Road 218 and the newly completed Cathedral Oak Parkway to develop Amberly, a new recreation-rich, single-family home community located in one of the area's fastest growing corridors.
