In 1993 Dr. Eunice Moseley launched her company Freelance Associates, a business management/public relations strategic planning and consulting firm based in Long Beach, California.  She launched the "Uplifting Minds II" Entertainment Conference  in 1999 (www.UpliftingMinds2.com) where she and other professionals in the entertainment business speak on the business of entertainment.
