The Grand Opening festivities will kick off with the Lost Towns of the Mon Art Opening on Thursday evening, March 22, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This event offers a unique opportunity to meet West Virginia artists, explore the Lost Towns of the Mon art collection within the hotel, and enjoy a poetry tribute to Louise McNeill.

On Friday afternoon, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., downtown Elkins will come alive with a vibrant street fair. Guests can immerse themselves in the heart of Elkins, discovering local arts, crafts, and shopping opportunities. Meanwhile, the Oxley House will debut its lounge menu from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., offering a chance to savor delicious cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. The excitement continues with the Grand Opening Block Party, featuring Elkins' own funk band - Juice Newsom and the Groove, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This outdoor celebration will take place under a heated party tent on Davis Avenue. Following the block party, the Oxley House After Party will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., featuring live music by Joel Franks and Tiffany Elliot.

On Saturday, March 23rd, guests can enjoy all-day lounge and dining at the Oxley House, with the release of their lounge menu. The menu will be complemented by a selection of made-from-scratch cocktails, mocktails, craft beer, and wine offerings. As an added bonus, the Spring Expo will be taking place in the Atrium at Seneca Mall from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., providing shopping opportunities for the public.
