Empowering Ventura County's 19,700 Unemployed Residents with Career Resources and Support

VENTURA, Calif. - March 5, 2024 - PRLog -- The Workforce Development Board of Ventura County (WDBVC) is a proud partner of America's Job Center of California (AJCC) network. The AJCC helps people search for jobs, find training, and answer other employment-related questions. WDBVC administers the Ventura County WORKS program, housed at the America's Job Center of California, which provides invaluable resources towards securing meaningful employment for job seekers and career aspirants throughout the region. Individuals can access a wide range of services including career coaching, job training, and assistance with job searches, at no cost.

Ventura County WORKS, found at the America's Job Centers of California, offers personalized assistance to meet the unique needs of all job seekers, including veterans, people experiencing homelessness, people with disabilities, English language learners, justice-involved individuals, young adults and so many more.
