Highlights of the investment include: Philips Ingenia 1.5T DS MRI System: This state-of-the- BD Alaris Infusion Pump System: This smart infusion system ensures safe, precise delivery of medications across all pediatric units at VCMC. As the only licensed inpatient pediatric hospital and pediatric hematology/oncology clinic in Ventura County, this system will directly benefit some of the most at-risk patients. Funding was generously provided by the Roots & Wings Foundation, the National Charity League of Ventura County Juniors Chapter, and the Weinberger Trust. Fluke VT900A Gas Flow Analyzer: This critical tool verifies the performance of ventilators and other respiratory devices, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards. It allows in-house biomedical teams to quickly maintain essential equipment, saving both time and costs. This purchase was fully funded by the Weinberger Trust in memory of Dr. Laurence M.
