WANTAGH, N.Y. - Feb. 12, 2024 - PRLog -- Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy has announced that the Early-Bird Discount on tickets for its upcoming Family-Centered Patient Advocacy training will expire at midnight, Friday, February 16, 2024.

The two days of intensive training in patient advocacy and patient safety will take place March 14-15 at the Holiday Inn in Plainview, NY. Participants will learn to navigate the healthcare system using the many ways patients and their support teams can be involved in reducing medical errors.

Tickets purchased before the deadline will cost just $125 for both days – a $35 saving on the regular price. That includes two full days of instruction, breakfast both days, and a networking event. Board-Certified Patient Advocates may earn CE credits towards maintaining accreditation. (Small administration fee applies.)

Seats are limited, so don't miss out!

Parts of the course will be taught by three national leaders in the patient safety movement: Helen Haskell, Caryn Isaacs, and Kristen Miller.

Comments from past editions of the course: "The experts packed each session with great insights and fun exercises to anchor the information." "Pulse has armed me with a different way of thinking."
