PRLog -- To block all emails from a specific domain it depends upon the email service that users are using. Here we mention some general instructions for some email clients:
1) Outlook
- Firstly launch the Outlook and then click right on the email from the domain that users want to block.
- After that the users have to select "Junk" from the context menu.
- Finally the users can choose "Block Sender" to block the entire domain sent from one domain.
2) Yahoo Mail:
- Firstly launch the yahoo Mail and the users have to open the email from the domain that they want to block.
- Next step is to click on the three dots located next to the sender's name.
- At last the users have to choose "Block" (Sender) from the drop menu to block all emails sent from one domain.
3) Apple Mail:
- The users are required to launch the Apple Mail and select an email from the domain that they want to block.
- Then click on the "Mail" located in the menu bar and select "Preferences"
- Next step is to go to the "Rules" tab and click on "Add Rule".
- The users have to set the condition to "From" and enter the domain
- Finally the users can set the action to "Move Message" to "Trash" or "Junk".
