Xfinity (Citrix) Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

OKLAHOMA CITY - Dec. 22, 2023 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Comcast Xfinity ("Xfinity") and Citrix. On October 10, 2023, one of Xfinity's software providers, Citrix, revealed a vulnerability in a product used by Xfinity. Based on a forensic investigation into the vulnerability, Xfinity determined that cybercriminals infiltrated the inadequately secured database and thereby gained access to, and likely acquired, files containing the sensitive personal information of 35,879,455 individuals. The information exposed in the data breach includes, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Contact information
• Social Security numbers (at least last four digits)
• Dates of birth
• Usernames
• Passwords
• Security questions and answers
