Clasico Chophouse and Taproom is bringing a touch of Napa Valley to the Bay area

BRANDON, Fla. - Nov. 1, 2023 - PRLog -- Clasico Chophouse and Taproom, the Bay area's newest sophisticated, yet approachable, dining establishment, is hosting an exclusive event for wine aficionados taking place on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the fine wines of Grgich Hills Estate, a premium winery in the Napa Valley of Northern California.

Attendees can anticipate an evening of exceptional wine pairings expertly curated by Brian Cooper of Johnson Brothers of Florida, perfectly complementing a meticulously crafted multi-course menu that highlights the culinary artistry for which Clasico's Executive Chef David Locke is known.

• Oyster Casino - oven roasted oyster topped with roasted red pepper butter, crispy bacon and toasted Italian breadcrumb - Sauvignon Blanc

Grgich Hills Estate is a premium winery known for its exquisite Chardonnays. Grgich Hills has twice been awarded Winery of the Year by Wine & Spirits magazine. Started in 1973 by Miljenko "Mike" Grgich, after his 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay was chosen as the finest white wine in the world at the celebrated "Paris Tasting," the winery has gone on to produce a variety of wines that are sold around the world.
