Marshall Barnes Blames Gaza Violence On Noam Chomsky's Pressuring Stephen Hawking's 2013 Boycott

Marshall Barnes remembers his recognized stand against the boycott of Israel by Stephen Hawking, which Noam Chomsky admitted to facilitating in Marshall's book, Black Holes and Time Warps: The Outrageous Legacy Of One Stephen W. Hawking.

TEL AVIV, Israel - Oct. 20, 2023 - PRLog -- "Noam Chomsky has blood on his hands for talking Stephen Hawking out of speaking in Israel in 2013..."

That's the tweet Marshall Barnes, internationally recognized innovation and R&D engineer scientist, posted on the former Twitter site. He is talking about a direct line between Chomsky talking Stephen Hawking out of speaking at the Israeli Tomorrow event in 2013, and the next conflict Israel had with Hamas which is in a direct line of events which have led up to the most recent violence in the region - the worse in years. Marshall sees the connections and blames Chomsky for the bloodshed.

"Noam's problem is he has the way of thinking", his quote -
'The principle that human nature, in its psychological aspects, is nothing more than a product of history and given social relations removes all barriers to coercion and manipulation by the powerful.' and that's not always nor has to be true. But if that's the way you think people are then you have no hope for improvement for a positive future.  By twisting Hawking's arm, as I saw it described once, to boycott the event, Noam Chomsky has blood on his hands, and if he's offended by that, I don't give a damn."

"There is one easy way to stop terrorism...stop participating in it". — Noam Chomsky

"Chomsky's snide and asinine remarks warrant the disrespect I give him and for that I make no apologies," Marshall says to justify his harsh rebukes to the professor.

"Chomsky made sure of no new solutions when he got Stephen Hawking to boycott the 2013 Israeli Tomorrow conference. No conflict means one less thing Chomsky has to exploit to serve his ego.

"Stephen Hawking, by boycotting the conference, proved the limits of his intelligence. He was not a visionary. A visionary would have gone and spoken with authority on what needs to happen for there to be peace, and done so with new ideas. I would've. I can. Any stupid, idiot moron could have done what Hawking did, instead of having a spine and living up to his words in that BT telecom commercial".

Marshall covered the controversy in his book on Hawking, Black Holes and Time Warps: The Outrageous Legacy of One Stephen W. Hawking.

Marshall wasn't finished with Chomsky.

"Chomsky should've stayed out of it, but no, we just got Chomsky's conceit. Well, he's not getting away from it by hiding behind some lecture podium or podcast microphone. I'm making sure of that."
