HOUSTON - Oct. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of a 43,200 square foot industrial building situated on ±9.889 acres at 15431 Interstate 45 South in Conroe, Texas. The buyer, Spring Glass & Mirror Ltd., was represented by Wade Nelson of Nelson Properties. The Seller, JMBG, Ltd., was represented by Michelle Soderberg, Vice President of Colliers.

The single-tenant ±9.889 acre property sits just north of The Woodlands with great visibility and access to Interstate 45. The property will become the new headquarters for Spring Glass & Mirror.
