Consilium also confirmed that the Zoho CRM connector is compatible with Webex Contact Center, Webex Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Amazon Connect, Genesys Engage, and Genesys PureConnect.
