"At the same time, more and more people are looking for practical solutions to the challenges they are facing in life," said Ms. Mansell. "Scientology offers simple tools that people can study and apply – the courses are available on-line and at no cost."
The Tools for Life courses utilize discoveries in the fields of personal growth and interpersonal relationships, developed by Scientology Founder and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard. "I studied The Cause of Suppression booklet carefully," said one student. "When I was finished, I was able to identify the causes of suppression in my life with ease. I noticed the benefits within days, even hours! I no longer felt weighed down or held back. I felt better physically and mentally, and felt that I had learned something that would be of great use to me for the rest of my life."
The Cause of Suppression course is just one of the subjects covered in the on-line courses offered by the Church. Other courses include: Solutions for a Dangerous Environment, The Basics of Organizing and The Technology of Study.
