23/24 Season Announcement: Neon Cactus Playhouse Returns

PHOENIX - Aug. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Neon Cactus Playhouse, is thrilled to announce its return to the Valley. With a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for artists, the theater aims to create immersive and captivating experiences for theatergoers.

The upcoming season promises to be a sensational one, featuring two outstanding productions at the Scottsdale Neighborhood Arts Place (SNAP). Kicking off the season will be the thrilling and darkly comedic "Batboy, The Musical," scheduled for 6 performances on November 10-11 and 17-18, 2023. Following that, the stage will come alive with the hilarious Texas tale of "Sordid Lives," set to run on February 23-24 and March 1-2, 2024 for 6 performances as well.

"BATBOY, THE MUSICAL" follows the extraordinary journey of a half-boy, half-bat creature as he searches for acceptance in a world that often misunderstands him. This musical extravaganza promises to be a rollercoaster of emotions, blending humor, heartache, and toe-tapping tunes, leaving the audience spellbound. Meanwhile, "SORDID LIVES" takes us on a poignant and uproarious ride through a small Texas town, exploring family dynamics, secrets, and the enduring power of love. Both productions promise to captivate theater enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
