Prolific Hollywood talent Phillip E. Walker-MFA will lead this WALK from the corner of 7th Street and Anaheim Place, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730 USA to the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center. There, following a speech by San Jose State University Television Radio Film and Theatre Professor Emeritus Dr. Ethel Pitts Walker about the 2021 making of the new US Federal Juneteenth Holiday, a document will be presented which encourages this All-American City to formally recognize National Juneteenth Celebrations by designating a Rancho Cucamonga City Juneteenth Official Holiday.
