Alpha Direct Agency's Second CE Team Retreat

NEW YORK - May 17, 2023 - PRLog -- April 26, 2023 - The second of its kind CE-Team retreat was a virtual edition. This retreat was kicked off by Nancy Ruiz, the CE-Team's manager. She welcomed everyone and guided the four hour virtual event. There were also two guest speakers from other company leaders/department heads: Andrea Barrios from Personal Lines and Retention Manager Eliset Mateo.

The theme for this retreat: In Love, In Sync, Involved was designed to stress the value of creating homogenous experiences for our customers. Open forums during the retreat helped the team deliberate on a range of topics including customer life cycle, steady customer feedback through review mechanisms like google and facebook, and much more.

Two of the CE team members Aniran and Latoya were promoted to "account specialist" titles for the depth of support they provide individual customers, and their respective personal lines and commercial lines teams. This CE Team retreat has reinforced goals that will challenge the way our team curates each customer's experience for years to come.
