When it comes to a retreat, nobody does it better than Alpha Direct Agency. This year we had our 3rd "Annual Managers Retreat" in Raleigh, North Carolina from February 9 to 11. The weekend event built around our 6 Leadership Team members is filled with food, fun, challenging and team-building workshops, sightseeing, travel and other leisure.

The theme for 2023  "Stay United|Profitable|Unstoppable" was inspired by all the goings on in the insurance industry. Market conditions have many correlations with our industry; no surprise there, but the inflationary environment in tandem with the economic tightening of 2022 has created new pressures for insurance companies, independent agencies like ours, and our customers alike.

Our young leadership team is never short of fresh marketing ideas, campaigns and technological enhancements and not surprisingly some of the new endeavors to be introduced to our larger team (A-Team) in the coming months will challenge us individually and professionally.

Our Raleigh office opened on Atlantic Avenue in 2016 and is fondly referred to as our "HUB". This year, the HUB served as the retreat's host. Within the walls of our freshly updated/redesigned suite and conference room we deliberated and sharpened our resolve to forge ahead in 2023.
