Healthcare Simulation Middle East designated media partner to Simulcon 2022 by Simulcon India
Healthcare Simulation Middle East to make a series of announcements that reflect and amplify the objectives of Simulcon 2022 and Simulcon India.
Ansari Shabnam Ateeq, President, Healthcare Simulation Middle East says, "Simulcon 2022 is the 4th iteration of the conference hosted by Simulcon India. The theme is 'Mainstreaming of Simulation' in healthcare education. The theme is pertinent across the globe during the pandemic & beyond. Researchers & academicians worked together to assess evidence & build frameworks for the replacement of clinical hours with simulation hours. In India, mainstreaming of simulation means getting everyone on the same page with respect to standards, best practices, competencies and solutions aligned to regional demographics. Simulcon 2022 plays a key role in mobilizing community and putting great minds to work towards the cause. Healthcare Simulation Middle East will make a series of announcements that reflect and amplify the objectives of Simulcon India."
SIMULCON 2022 has adopted the theme 'Mainstreaming of Simulation'. It focuses on six domains that span new frontiers in simulation, as well as persistent challenges in healthcare education.
Dr. Bhaskara Rao Ganni, President, All India Private Medical Colleges Association & Chairman, GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry says, "The conference focuses on six domains - crisis resource management, faculty development, simulation in dentistry, qualitative research, cadaveric simulation and standardized patient methodology. These domains span new frontiers in simulation, as well as persistent challenges in healthcare education. The first conference in 2019 was attended by 1500+ healthcare professionals and enthusiasts. The success story continues with each iteration, fostering collaboration & opportunities that would have otherwise been inaccessible to young learners and simulation community."
SIMULCON 2022 will also host the Second Edition of the SIM Round table.
Dr. Rajkumar Elanjeran, Manager and Clinical Lead of Simulation, GSL Medical College & General Hospital says, "The Sim Roundtable goes beyond traditional delivery & exchange of industry knowledge. Participants bring simulation projects and ideas to the table and hear from experts. They can jointly reflect with simulation leaders to refine objectives. They may choose to be assigned a mentor for their simulation dream project. A jury will award a research grant to an individual or institution at the conclusion of the sim round table. If you are a sim champion with an idea and a roadmap, this is where you want to be."
