Groundbreaking ceremony for 50 affordable apartments in Broomfield, CO on 9/28/22

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Sept. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Affordable housing developer and owner Highridge Costa is pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for Northwest Apartments in Broomfield on the morning of Wednesday, September 28, 2022.  This new community will provide 50 affordable workforce rental homes for families earning 30 to 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Confirmed speakers at the 10:30 AM event include Guyleen Castriotta, Mayor of the City and County of Broomfield, Steve Johnson, Community Development Director with the Colorado Housing Finance Authority, Kristin Hyser, Executive Director of the Broomfield Housing Alliance and Moe Mohanna, President of Highridge Costa Development Co.

Other confirmed attendees at the event include council members from the City and County of Broomfield as well as representatives from Bank of America, Dohn Construction and ConAm Property Management.

Highridge Costa estimates that the new community will be completed and placed in service by late fall 2023.
