Alten Construction adds two new hires to team

RICHMOND, Calif. - Sept. 8, 2022 - PRLog -- Alten Construction (https://www.altenconstruction.com/), a full-service San Francisco Bay Area commercial construction company, recently welcomed Shahar Kadoch and Hank Dagenais to its growing team of construction professionals.

Kadoch joins Alten Construction with a strong background in data structures, database management systems and computer architecture. Most recently, he served as the customer support engineer for Unit 21. During his time there, Kadoch assisted customers in resolving technical issues within the Software as a Service (SAAS) platform, worked closely with engineers to resolve issues within the platform, helped product teams build customer requested features and aided customers in validating data ingestion, among other duties.

In his new role as project engineer at Alten Construction, Kadoch will be responsible for assisting team members in planning, coordinating and administration on current projects to ensure work is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining Alten's highest quality standards.

Kadoch received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Sonoma State University. He is proficient in a number of programming languages, including C++, C, Java Python SQL, PHP, HTML, Javascript, JSON and Node.JS.

Dagenais brings more than 15 years of experience in estimation, construction management, permitting and direct field supervision to the commercial construction company. Most recently, he acted as the project manager at Kitchell. During his five-year tenure, Dagenais had direct oversight of all construction activity for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, including Fire Station 86 in Bay Point, Fire Station 70 in San Pablo, Fire Station 16 in Lafayette and Fire Stations 51, 52 and 57 in San Rafael. He worked directly with the Alten Construction team as the construction manager for Fire Stations 70, 52 and 57.

In his new role as senior project manager at Alten Construction, Dagenais will be tasked with managing project costs and scheduling labor, material and equipment and supervising all construction activities from start to finish.

Dagenais was awarded a juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco, School of Law and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
