Coh3sion! updates company late payment policy, first time since 2005

ATLANTA - April 17, 2022 - PRLog -- For the first time in 17 years Coh3sion! has updated our Past Due Payment Policy.
In light of the current  life environment  that has affected all of us both in the United States as well as abroad, many aspects of life and business are different now. But collecting payments for services or products rendered is not.

"I've always ran my businesses under the laws and principles of Faith and thus I've never put money at usury. However, I do offer partial payment options when clients can not pay in full what we agreed on in contract terms. Unfortunately, the amount of time that I invest in the projects I agree to now i've recently had to spend even more time trying to collect payment for services I already rendered. Thus it became obvious to me that in 2022 I can no longer justify time that could have spent on other projects on clients that are not upholding their end to our agreement" says owner Melissa Fortune.

Coh3sion! will no longer assess late payment fees at the state minimum nor even taking it to the state maximum fee of 16% (GA § 7-4-2) but will ongoing assess a $10 per month late fee, per 30 days late.
