Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Attorneys Bryce C. Morgan and Taleran Troy Galan to the Dallas Office

DALLAS - March 25, 2022 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Bryce C. Morgan (https://www.swlaw.com/people/bryce_morgan) and Taleran Troy Galan (https://www.swlaw.com/people/troy_galan) recently joined the firm's Dallas office.

Morgan joins the firm as counsel in the corporate and securities practice group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, commercial agreements, and other complex business transactions. He represents strategic buyers and sellers, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and start-up clients in strategic and governance matters.  He also counsels private and public companies on their day-to-day business operations, including supply chain contracts, credit agreements, and regulatory compliance.  Morgan has extensive experience in a number of industries, including aviation, consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, and real estate management.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Morgan was senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. Before practicing law, he competed for Team USA as a bobsled brakeman. Morgan received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie School of Management and his B.A. in Russian from the University of Utah.

Galan is an associate in the firm's special litigation and compliance practice group where he represents publicly and privately held companies as well as government entities, agencies, and office holders. He has experience drafting investigations and audit reports analyzing international trade and sanctions compliance activity including risk assessments, due diligence, export licensing, and potential violations. Galan also has experience overseeing compliance of multinational companies with administrative actions by the Departments of Justice, Treasury, and Commerce including subpoenas, audits, plea agreements, and directed and voluntary disclosures.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Galan was an associate with Stanton LLP. He received his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Galan has a Law, Legislation and Politics Certificate from Georgetown University.
